Return Policy:

Once an item is decorated, it cannot be returned or exchanged, unless it has a manufacturer defect. Refunds, returns, and exchanges for defective merchandise will only be accepted within seven (7) days of receiving your items. Stock items purchased from our showroom have a seven (7) day return policy if defective with a receipt. Items must be returned unused, unworn, and unwashed. Stock items purchased from our showroom can be exchanged for an item of equal value. 

All exchanges or returns must be made within seven (7) days of receiving the merchandise. All returned or exchanged items are subject to a 20% restocking charge in addition to both outbound and return freight fees. Absolutely no returns will be accepted on pants that are hemmed at a custom size, or headwear of any kind. 

Customer Provided Items:

We are happy to decorate any customer provided items. We take every precaution to ensure an excellent quality design on your personal belongings; however, we cannot be held responsible for the replacement or reimbursement of your personal items if damaged during production. 

Proof/Estimate Approval: 

Customers will approve all artwork, names, items, sizes, colors, and pricing before production begins. Orders will be completed based on the information contained in your approved estimate or work order. No refunds will be available for orders completed as specified by the estimate or work order.
